Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site, look at our work and ask for a quote, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Last reviewed October 22, 2026.
Our goal
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It hasn't had an independent audit, so we don't claim that it does.
What we've done
- Every page has one main heading and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Photos have text descriptions, and every form field has a label.
- The video behind the headline has no sound, has a pause button, and doesn't play if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Each page has been checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
The accessibility panel
The Accessibility button in the bottom-left corner opens a panel where you can make text bigger, add line and letter spacing, switch to a plainer font, raise the contrast, highlight links and headings, stop animations, and jump to any heading on the page. Your choices stay in your browser. The panel is an extra for people who want it, and it doesn't replace fixing problems on the site, so please still tell us about anything that gets in your way.
Where we fall short
Our 360° tours play in an external viewer, which we don't control. Looking around a tour means dragging, swiping or moving your phone, and the viewer may not work well with a keyboard or a screen reader. That's why every tour page also describes the space in words, lists its main facts and shows stills from inside. If you'd like a tour described another way, ask us.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to read or use, email doug@eyeopenermedia.com with the page and what happened. We'll get back to you, usually within two business days. You can always send your quote request by email instead of using the form.
