Terms of service

Using this site

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is for

It describes the 360° virtual tours we create for businesses throughout Minnesota and the Midwest, and it lets you ask us for a quote. Anything here about what a tour includes, how long it takes or what it costs is general information. It isn't an offer.

Quotes and bookings

Sending a quote request doesn't book a shoot or commit you to anything. We reply with a written quote, and a shoot is booked once we've both agreed to it. The quote or agreement for your job sets the terms for that job. Where it differs from this page, the quote or agreement wins.

Our tours, photos and words

The tours, photos, video and words on this site belong to EyeOpener Media or to the businesses we made the tours for. Some photos belong to the photographers listed on our photo credits page. You're welcome to view them and share links to them. Please don't copy, download, edit or reuse them, including in your own marketing, without our written permission.

Tours hosted elsewhere and other sites

Our tours play in an external tour viewer, and some links go to other sites, such as our social media pages. We don't control those services, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they work.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use this site to send spam, try to break or overload it, or get into parts of it that aren't public.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as is. We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, EyeOpener Media isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions go to doug@eyeopenermedia.com.
